Printing Artwork “The knot contains the soul”

In the past, there is a special cusstom in the North region of Vietnam, when a family member passed away, his or her relative will put a white silk called “the White Soul” on their chest in order to keep the last warmth or the soul of the deceased one. After that, this white silk will be tied into a doll and worshiped. However, this custom has been discarded in modern days.
Whether the soul exist or not, nobody knows for sure. But, people believe that when someone has gone away, their good values such as knowledge, experience will be existed and kept forever. Thereby, the next generation will always remember them.
